Botfrog Privacy Policy
1. About this site
Botfrog runs this site as a workspace for people who post content for our brands. You apply through a recruiting page. If you are accepted, we email you a link to set your own password. Nothing is sold on this site.
2. Your account
Your account holds your email address, your password and a record of when you sign in. Your password is stored in a scrambled form, so our staff cannot read it. We use this information only to let you sign in.
3. What else we collect
When you apply, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the country you live in and the country you want to post for.
Once you are posting, we also collect:
- links to the social media accounts you register
- records of your programme activity, including which videos you download and when
- your device's time zone
- screen recordings and screenshots you submit through your dashboard
4. How we use it
We use your information to:
- review your application and contact you about it
- show you videos suited to the country you post for
- link views to your accounts and calculate what you are owed
- check that programme activity follows our guidelines
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
5. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers for hosting, file storage, email delivery and payments. They only handle your information to provide their service to us. We do not publish links to your social media accounts.
6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You do not need to give a reason and there is no charge. Email us at contact@botfrog.com.
8. Three things we never do
We will never ask you to pay us, or ask for bank or card details or your password by email or message. If a message from "us" does, it isn't from us.
